…but we haven’t crossed the Rubicon. We bought plane tickets to our overseas ministry site, but departure is still two weeks away.
Last week was intensely busy. In addition to our normal ministry activities, I researched and bought plane tickets and travel insurance (two kinds!), filled out forms, took a required online class, and worked on a lot of decisions prior to travel. There is more to do this week, but as of today we are caught up.
January also brings year-end administrative work, which included preparing year-end statements for our donors. Fortunately we have finished most of this.
This week I’ll give a report to our elders, train four people in liturgy production, and begin recording the class on worship. It’ll be another busy one.
