No tests last week. Whew! I received one on Monday, but it was in Spanish and it was a mistake. Twice we Zoomed with our potential overseas partners to get to know each other as best as possible in this season of COVID lockdowns. Ruth and I also “zoomed” down to Philadelphia for a few hours and met in-person with a family who might be joining us. We had a delightful time with them and learned more valuable information about this assignment.
In other news, I spent part of last week updating my database program to improve its efficiency as we contemplate raising funds. And two weeks ago I began clarinet lessons. I don’t know if a clarinetist will be any help where we end up, but I’m enjoying a return to the instrument which I haven’t played since university.
This Friday we have the first of three interviews for this job.
