Merry Christmas!
Last week was a slow time for campus ministry. On Monday we packed up and headed to Warfordsburg, a village 12 miles north of Hancock, MD, and all the Greens settled into a cabin. Daniel, Ginny, and Victoria flew over from England; Peter, Megan, and four children drove from Morgantown, WV; Christopher came from Wuhan, China; Stephen traveled from Louisiana; and Benjamin drove from Pittsburgh. We put up tree, sang carols, ate hiked, played games, and had a wonderful week together. Peter and I did attend to some RUF business in between other activites. This Christmas I am posting meditations on some Christmas carols each day on my Facebook page.

We stopped in Hagerstown, MD on our way home to visit my brothers. This week I will be in the office. My primary task is to organize my spring semester travel.
“There were thus two things which the Savior did for us by becoming Man. He banished death from us and made us anew; and, invisible and imperceptible as in Himself He is, He became visible through His works and revealed Himself as the Word of the Father, the Ruler and King of the whole creation.”
― Athanasius of Alexandria, On the Incarnation
