Last week was the last week before I begin fall travels. I worked on two writing projects and made good progress. I finished planning my fall calendar. Area Coordinators had a video conference to discuss filling open campuses. And I read a book! Benjamin gave me The Prize, subtitled The Epic Quest for Oil, Money, and Power. I didn’t finish all 773 pages, but I made a good start. It was highly recommended by Peter’s father-in-law who has worked in the oil industry for several decades, and so far has fulfilled its reputation.
This week I will make my first campus visit, to Millersville University. The presbytery RUF committee has not yet hired a campus minister, so I will see how things are going.
