Happy New Year! I hope everyone has had a merry Christmastide and joyful New Year celebrations.
This is a slow time for campus ministry. Students are home with their families, and campus ministers are catching their breath for the spring semester rush. Christopher came from Arlington, VA, to join Ruth, Benjamin, Ruth’s mother, and me on Christmas Day. We saw other relatives in the days following, and I sandwiched office work in between visits.
I’ve been watching the donations come in for one of our campus ministers who was struggling financially. I’m thrilled to report that the December income to his account will put him back on a strong financial footing. Praise God!
Now I’m flying to the annual coordinators retreat. Pray for a good, productive week.
